Afternoon:
In the early afternoon visit of the city and the most beautiful temples: Wat Traimit, famous for the statue of the golden Buddha weighing 5 and a half tons.
We had an impeccable guide ….
We then stopped to visit a non-touristy one … and we did a meditation … for many touching and vibrant …
With group blessing
Then, crossing Chinatown, you can observe the bustling daily activity, reaching Wat Po with its huge statue of the reclining Buddha 46 meters long and its famous school of traditional massages.
It is truly immense, there was not much energy here …. but it was interesting to do the prayer of the 108 coins … putting a purpose into it …
Also visit Wat Benchambopit, the marble temple built entirely of Carrara marble.

Friday 14 October Bangkok
Morning:
Full day excursion to Bang Pa and Ayutthaya.
After breakfast, departure by private bus to visit Bang Pa, once the summer residence of the Kings of Thailand. The residence includes a collection of palaces, pavilions, in a surprising variety of architectural styles, Thai, Chinese, Italian and Victorian, set in beautiful gardens and ponds.
Afternoon:
Continue to visit the ancient city of Ayutthaya, located about 70 km north of Bangkok, which was the capital of Thailand for four centuries from 1350 to 1767.
Even though sacked and burned by Burmese invaders in the 18th century, the ruins of Ayutthaya remain a reminder of the past glory of what was once the most beautiful city in the East. Return to Bangkok via the Chao Phraya River on a mini cruise of about 3 hours on the River Sun Cruise motorboat.
Lunch on board.
Return to the Hotel. Traditional Thai dinner.

Saturday 15 October Bangkok
Morning:
After breakfast, half-day excursion to the Royal Palace, glittering with gold and precious marble, it was built in 1782 following European architectural motifs but perfectly integrating typical Thai decorative elements.

Sunday, October 16
Morning:
Early in the morning, after breakfast, transfer to Bangkok airport and departure with Thai flight to Denpasar (Bali).
Upon arrival, meeting with the Italian-speaking guide and transfer to the Nikko Hotel. Room assignment.
Oh my, what a beautiful Hotel….
Afternoon:
Free time to relax.
Dinner at the Hotel (drinks not included).

Monday, October 17
Morning:
In the morning at dawn, practice on the beach
At 09:00, after breakfast, meeting with the Architects Dr. Mauro Rahardjo and his wife Dr. Violette Zhou of the Feng Shui Institute of Denpasar for a 4-hour seminar on “Space Clearing and Balinese Architecture related to Feng Shui”.
Dense teachings, especially on Classical Feng Shui
The course will be held in a meeting room of the Nikko Hotel: coffee break mid-morning.
At 13:00. Lunch in Hotel (drinks not included)
Afternoon:
2.30 pm. Afternoon excursion guided by Architects Rahardjo and Zhou to visit the Four Seasons Hotel in Jimbaran and the GWK Cultural Centre, built according to the canons of Feng Shui.
Then a unique opportunity the seat of parliament …. built according to the canons of vastu
In the North East there is always the spiritual temple.
After a ritual in a very intense temple (we could not take photos as it was all very sacred) we went to the sea as we were and we freed ourselves from our resistance to life ….

Wednesday, October 19
Morning:
In the morning, after breakfast, departure for a full-day excursion into the wonderful Balinese nature
First visit the spice, fruit and flower market of Candikuning.
Continue through the countryside and rice fields of Jati Luwi
to reach the famous temple of Ulan Danu, dedicated to the goddess of water, on Lake Beratan in Bedugul.
Through the fabulous panorama of the Twin Lakes you will arrive at the village of Munduk, to visit the Munduk waterfall.
Lunch in a typical restaurant on the black beach of Lovina (drinks not included).
Afternoon:
After lunch you will visit the natural hot springs of Benjar, beautiful, surrounded by thick and lush vegetation.
Through uncontaminated landscapes and traditional villages you will return to the Hotel.

Thursday, October 20
Morning:
After breakfast, full-day excursion to the northern part of the island.
The first stop is to visit the traditional Balinese village of Penglipuran, at 700 meters above sea level, surrounded by the lush green hills and an original fabric factory.
Continue to Klungkung to visit the old court of justice “Kertagosa” dating back to the 18th century, known for the particular paintings on the ceiling depicting the punishments of the condemned.
After visiting a traditional school of Kamasan painting, stop for lunch at the Puri Boga Restaurant with a view of the Bukit Jambul hills and rice fields.
Afternoon:
In the afternoon, continue to visit the Mother Temple of Besakih: it is the largest and most important temple in Bali and stands on the slopes of the majestic Genung Anung volcano (3,142m) at a thousand meters above sea level.
Return to the hotel. Free dinner
Friday, October 21
Morning:
After breakfast, half-day excursion to the Temple of Sengeh and Tanah Lot.
The first stop is at the sacred forest of Sangeh, populated by several tribes of gentle monkeys who “protect the Temple from the Spirits of Evil”.
Afternoon:
Finally, we reach the coast to admire the famous Temple of “Tanah Lot”. The temple was built by the inhabitants of the nearby villages in memory of the “brahman sait Nirartha, who is said to have spoken with God for an entire night in the place where the Temple stands.
Saturday, October 22
Morning:
Morning at leisure.
Afternoon:
In the afternoon, transfer by private coach and departure with Thai flights to Italy via Bangkok.
Sunday, October 23
Arrival in Rome at 06:50 and continuation with Alitalia flight to Venice.
