You have decided which course to buy!
Great, once you go to the course page you will see the add to cart button.
Once you press it you will see in the upper right hand corner the cart has turned red, go over with the arrow and a drop down opens, click checkout, you will be on another screen.
Fill in the billing details forms that pertain to the Billing Address drop down you see in the top left hand corner, fill in the mandatory ones with an asterisk. Give continue or go to the second dropdown.
You will always find it on the top left with the name V.A.T. Number and Tax Code and cover the forms if you are a company, freelancer or private individual.
Then go to the Verify Payment dropdown here verify that the product is the one and decide on the payment method.
Once this is done you will go to a dedicated page to confirm and put in your bank details.
Completed the order:
Once paid, you will receive an email with a direct link to the file for download.
The invoice will arrive 3 to 6 days after the payment has actually arrived (depends on whether bank transfer, paypal or credit card circuits).
Technical data
When you buy a product you will be given links directing you to a Dropbox folder, a data storage and exchange system, here the free program link if you don’t have it.
Each folder is compressed in zip7 formazto, here you will find the program if you didn’t have it (here for mac),
Once opened you will find the lesson consisting of a Powerpoint file to view the course, an mp3 audio file to hear it, and a pdf file to print it out.
Once acquired you have 2 weeks to download it and you have 5 tries to do so.
So once purchased download it to your computer right away!
Let’s get started!
Now print the pdfs, run the audio, and open the powerpoint, if you need to hear the audio again and go back, right click, then screen, then change program and you’ll see underneath the audio icon.
That way you can manage the audio as you want, you can go back or go to the position you want, to continue with the powerpoint without necessarily closing it.
